Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses
Please note that e-mail addresses published on this Website must not be collected by anyone through electronic mail collecting programs or other technical measures without proper and prior approval,

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Act of Collecting E-Mail Addresses Without Permission, etc.)
- No one is allowed to collect e-mail addresses by using an e-mail auto-collecting program or other technical measures on websites that prohibit unauthorized collection of email addresses. <Revision 2004.12.30>
- No one is allowed to sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Clause 1.
- No one is allowed to use such e-mail addresses to send information with knowledge that they must not be collected, sold and distributed based on Clauses 1 and 2.
Article 74 (Penalty)
Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
- A person who displays, sells, or displays products with similar markings for the purpose of selling them, in violation of Article 8 (4).
- Distributing, selling, renting, or making public obscene signs, words, sounds, images, or writing in violation of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Item 1. One who displays softly
- Repeatedly using signs, words, sounds, images or writing that cause fear or anxiety, in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3. A person who reaches the other person with Ministry of Government Legislation 29 National Legislation Information Center Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
- A person who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50 (6)
- A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses e-mail addresses to transmit information in violation of Article 50-2.
- A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
- Failure to register changes to registered information or report transfer/acquisition or merger/inheritance of business, in violation of Article 53 (4).
